What areas of London do you cover?

I am based in Crouch End, N8, North London. As my walks vary from Highgate and Queens Wood, Hampstead Heath and Trent Park I can cover most areas local to my address as long as they don’t impact the pack’s car time too heavily. I try and break up my week so dogs that live closer together are walked/taken care of on the same days to ensure limited car time during pick ups and drop offs.

What services do you offer?

I offer walking, day care and boarding for dogs and puppies out of my home in North London.

Do you look after any other animals?

Depending on the location of your home, and if you also own any other animals, I can also feed your cat! POA.

do you take un-neutered/un-spayed dogs?

Unfortunately, to ensure the safety of your dog, we are unable to take un-neutered or un-spayed adult dogs as this can disrupt and upset the pack dynamic. If you have any questions about this or would like to discuss in further detail to see if there is any way I can still assist you, please don’t hesitate to call.

What is the registration form for?

I require you to complete and submit a registration form which will be sent to you at the time of your enquiry via our contact form online. This allows me to learn about your dog, their requirements and what you are looking for in reference to services required.

What happens after submitting the registration form?

Once you have submitted the registration form and subject to being able to provide the care required for your dog, I will first arrange a meet and greet with Jack the dog and yourselves in an outdoor setting. I then do a solo trial walk and/or a trial daycare (if daycare is required) and subject to all going well and your dog being happy in my care; we can then commence regular care.

Can I board my dog with you if they haven’t been with Jack’s Pad before?

All dogs who board with Jack’s Pad must have a trial walk, daycare and overnight stay before I am able to board them. Unless the dog is known to the pack and been in my care before, I am unable to take last minute boarding requests without these stipulations in place to ensure the comfort and safety of your dog and the rest of the pack.
