What is the registration form for?

We require you to complete and submit a registration form which will be sent to you at the time of your enquiry via our contact form online. This allows us to learn about your dog, their requirements and what you are looking for in reference to services required.

What happens after submitting the registration form?

Once you have submitted the registration form and subject to us being able to provide the care required for your dog we will first arrange a meet and greet with Jack the dog and Jan and yourselves in an outdoor setting. We then do a trial walk and/or a trial daycare (if daycare is required) and subject to all going well and your dog being happy in our care; we can then commence regular care.

Can I board my dog with you if they haven’t been with Jack’s Pad before?

We’re afraid not. To ensure the comfort and safety of your dog and the rest of our pack, we require all boarding dogs to have either had a minimum of 5 walks or regular daycare with Jack’s Pad before boarding with us.
