JO AND LIZZIE

I just wanted to write my wholehearted recommendation to Jack's Pad dog walking. I hope it's ok - but I am so happy with the service I can not keep quiet.:) I had to go away to see my mum who is ill and my husband is on crutches at the moment. Our gorgeous rescue Lizzie is an absolute sweetheart but she can be nervous around other dogs and groups of people. Jan has transformed her into a happy playful pack dog with a big smile and a wagging tail:) Thank you so much! Really could not recommend her more! We were so pleased that we decided Lizzie must continue with the walks weekly.

Judy and buddy

My dog Buddy goes to Jack’s pad for both day care and boarding. Buddy loves going and gets very excited when he sees both Jan and her dog Jack who he thinks is his best friend! Jack is a very good stable influence with his gentle calm character and Jan treats every dog I’ve seen her with as if they were her own. I think Buddy is disappointed to come home!

Aimee and sophie

I brought my baby Sophie over to London from the States. I would have never been able to do so if I didn’t have Jan to look after her while I worked. Despite working odd shift hours, Jan was always accommodating to me. I always felt comfortable having Sophie with Jan. I would often get jealous of Sophie (and Jan!) while I was at work because Jan would send me photos and videos of their outings in Hampstead Heath and Brent Park. Sophie at the end of the day was always happy, but tired out from the day of playing with her doggie friends. I’d suggest Jan to anyone looking for excellent doggie care!

ANYA AND TUPPENCE

I have known Jan for several years and was thrilled when she set up Jack’s Pad at the same time as we got our gorgeous Cockapoo Tuppence. Tupps just loves Jan and Jack, her walks on the heath and her sleepovers. She comes back exhilarated, tired - and very happy. Jack is wonderfully paternal and he and Jan really look after their charges - as well as teaching them very good habits! As a freelancer my timetable can be somewhat unpredictable and I love the fact that Jan is flexible and endlessly enthusiastic. Come rain or shine she is out on the heath and loving every moment. I’m certainly going to spread the word about Jack’s Pad!

Jan at Jack's Pad is brilliant. My dog Ruby is always so excited to see her, mainly because she knows she's about to get a really good long romp around Hampstead Heath with the other dog's Jan looks after. I have used Jack's Pad for dog walking, daycare and also for boarding, and I am always really confident that Ruby is getting the very best care out there, and the fact that Jan picks her up and drops her off is massively helpful. I have used other dog walking services in the past and Jan is just a level above them all. I can't recommend her enough

Jan runs an excellent service. She has been very caring with Charlie our jack russell, and has always ensured he is safe and nicely exhausted when he returns from her walks! Great value for money too.

Hi I’m Bunty, 
I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday with Jan and Jack in August, lots of fresh air, loads of fun, plenty of nosh, tons of cuddles. I would recommend staying there to any of my four legged friends, Jan really loves and cares about us dogs and look I forward to staying with her again soon.

Jan was Toby’s puppy godmother! ( and my saviour! ) we were relocating away from London while Toby was only a very small pup. Jan and Jack were so incredibly kind to both of us, so understanding of Toby’s needs ( mainly constant cuddling ) and my ever changing schedule as moving is never straight forward. Jan was so flexible and kind it made the whole experience so much less stressful! Toby had never been away from us yet after a few days of taking him to Jan, he would start getting excited as soon as we turned into her street! we cant begin to thank Jan and Jack enough for looking after Toby and even though we now live outside of london i would never want to go to anyone else to help look after Toby, and i’m sure Toby will agree!
